Rosemary Aubert

Rosemary Aubert was born on May 4, 1946 in Niagara Falls, New York. Her father was a chemical engineer and her mother an art teacher. She studied Criminology at the University of Toronto and later worked as a Judge's Deputy in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She is the author of the Ellis Portal mystery series as well as several romance novels, some published under the pseudonym Lucy Snow, and also writes poetry. She is a two-time winner of the Arthur Ellis Award, Canada's top prize for crime fiction. Aubert currently teaches at the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto.
